I’ve been interested in fitness and bodybuilding since I was 16 years old. Fitness is more than just looking good to me; it is a way of life. The year, in 2019, I obtained my certification. Because I was no longer just concerned with being healthy for myself, I began to enjoy educating many people, as educating others is one of my passions.
