- I declare that I do not have any disabilities or physical conditions that would limit me to participate in any health and fitness program.
- I must use the number of sessions in the selected package within the time period therein.Or Incase of an emergency, I will inform my expert in the advance period of 24 hrs before the session, for extending the validity.
- Refund on incomplete/unfinished sessions is applicable.
- I shall duly furnish true and correct information on my current and past health and medical conditions.
- Any delay on the expert’s part, beyond a maximum of 15 minutes of the scheduled time, shall be construed as ‘no show’ entitling the expert to cancel the appointment and the particular session will be carried forward.
- I acknowledge and confirm that I have read and understood the Terms & Conditions.
