Because of our current way of life, chores like these, as well as a plethora of other ordinary everyday duties, have begun to pose a problem to us. I see this as a fitness pandemic, and smart exercise is the medicine. Unfortunately, this topic does not receive nearly as much attention as it should.

Since the age of 16, I’ve been interested in fitness and bodybuilding. I realised that fitness is more than simply looking good; it is a way of life. Then, in 2019, I received my certification. Because I no longer had to keep healthy solely for myself, I began to enjoy teaching many others, as coaching others is one of my interests.
